Arizona legislative representative. Though born in New Mexico in 1957, Armando Ruiz was raised in Arizona. He holds a B.A. in Latin American studies and a B.S. in psychology from Loyola Marymount University. In 1981 he became the youngest Mexican-American to be elected to the Arizona House of Representatives. Though Ruiz' primary occupation is real estate development, he is active in a number of community activities such as Wesley Community Center, Memorial Family Health...
